Charges: Monthly subscription will be charged upon acceptance, and on the same date for each month thereafter. The charge is an automatic charge each month and recur each month unless canceled. If you opt for an annual subscription, will be charged upon acceptance, and will be automatically charged on the same date for each year thereafter. No refunds are possible for an annual subscription. Lifetime offer is non refundable and includes unlimited measurements for 1 year from sign up. Any measurements made after the 1 year anniversary will be charged out at $1 per measurement made. Pricing does not include HD imagery. Cancellation: Any cancellation request must be submitted through simpleestimatesystems.com/cancel. Cancellation process includes a phone call to verify the cancellation request is being made by an authorized agent of the company and a form must be filled out to document cancellation . Any charges that occur before completion of the cancel call and cancellation form submission will not be refunded. Non Payment: After 7 days of non-payment your access to the software will be revoked. All information will be stored for 60 days and then it will be completely deleted from our servers. Any pause request must be submitted through simpleestimatesystems.com/pause. Any requests for pause can be accommodated for up to 60 days. After the 60 day period, your subscription will be restarted automatically at the pricing level that you were paused at. Form needs to be filled out. In order to retain your data past the 60 day period, you must have an active subscription with no overdue balance. Any disagreements regarding prices or charges must be mediated between SimpleEstimate and Client. Utilizing credit/debit card chargeback feature is not to be used as a method to settle any disputes with SimpleEstimate.
